Sexual Harassment course makes workers aware of the prevalence of sexual harassment, encourages compliance with legislation, and helps keep your workplace free of incidents. It looks at the negative impacts of harassment and challenges the misconceptions about what actually constitutes sexual harassment.
Learners will examine how it can occur without intent, how to prevent it, and what their responsibilities are outside the workplace.
The course has five modules that are completed online at the learner’s convenience, with assessments and results given at the end of each module. Other features include a glossary of key terms, a help menu, and a bookmark function.
